Mid-Morning Skate: Feb. 5, 2013

Today is all about the battle between the New Jersey Devils and the New York Rangers organizations. The two NHL teams meet at 7 pm at Prudential Center, while the AHL clubs battle at 7 pm at XL Center in Hartford, CT.

Albany will hold a morning skate at Knickerbacker Ice Arena before boarding a bus and making the two hour trip to take on the Connecticut Whale. Tonight’s matchup will be the fifth meeting between the two teams and the Devils are 2-1-0-1 versus the Whale.
